There is nothing more rewarding than watching a child full of the joy and innocence of childhood. For some children, however, their reality is not uninhibited play - it is instead visits to doctors’ offices and dealing with chronic pain. Those moments of complete joy can be few and far between. Kyle and Pattie Petty, the founders of the Victory Junction Gang Camp for Children know how debilitating and draining a childhood disease or disability can be on a family, and they created the camp as a bright spot in the lives of these exceptional children.
